Q) How do I use the call directory to return a call?
A) The number of calls that are stored in your call history directories (missed, received and placed calls) is 100.
When you select a number in your directory and want to return the call:

- If it is an on campus number, lift the receiver or press dial to call the number
- If it is an off campus number, press Edit Dial which will place a cursor at the beginning of the number. Press the “9”, press dial or lift the receiver to return the call.
