Q) How do I create a question category in Blackboard?

A) Probably the easiest way to organize your quiz (assessment) is to have a separate category for each question set. This will allow you to choose the question sets quicker and it should make it easier to manage them.

To create your category(ies):

1. Go to the Build tab then Assessments.
2. Click on Go to Questions Database.
3. Click on the Create category button then type in a category title.
4. Click on Save.

Now that your category is created, either add another category, or add questions to it.
