Q) How do I leave a message directly in a voicemail box while off - campus?
A)
- Dial 788-7500
- Once you hear the greeting begin press *
- Enter your ID which is your own personal phone extension
- Enter your PIN which is your voicemail pin
- Wait and you will hear the option to (2) Send a Message
- Record the message and Press #
- You can key in the spelling of the name. For example, you just press the number for a letter (Smith 76484#). Or you can press ## and just key in the extension to send the message. (The voicemail system will provide instructions if you listen to the options.)
- Press # to send
