Q) When I get the expire message, it says to "Click OK to continue". Why does it still log me out after I click OK?

A) You have to click the "OK" button within a minute of the message appearing. If you do not see it appear (for example you are typing an email, or reading one), then you will not be able to stay logged in.

You can opt to have Windows play a sound when this box appears. To do so, click on the Start button, then "Settings" and then "Control Panel". Now double click on the sounds icon. Scroll down in the "Sound Events" box until you find the "Question" option. Select a sound from the name box, then click on the "OK" button to save your setting.
