Q) My phone has no dial tone. What should I do?

A) Check the connections at wall, base of set, and handset at both ends. Make sure that a "click" can be heard when the plugs are connected.

Note: If a MultiLine set has been disconnected overnight, it will be taken out of service automatically. You must call Technology Support to have Telecommunications Services reactivate the line.
