Q) How do I print to a network printer or copier?
A)
- Click Start, then Printers and Faxes
- Click on Add Printer Icon and click Next
- Select A network printer... and then click Next
- Select Find a printer in directory and click Next
- A Find Printers window should appear
- In the Name field enter the printer name e.g. gb21290
- Click on Find Now
- When it comes up at the bottom, double click on the printer you want
- It will install and ask if you would like for it to be your default printer - choose No. Then click Next, and Finish. The printer will show up in the list of installed printers.
You should now be able to print to the printer/copier.
